Fantasy Travel: Destinations to Dream About While We’re Stuck at Home

I can't resist throwing in one more. Seven years ago, my dear mom took my family and my brother's family for a meet-up in Hawaii. She'd been to Hanalei Bay on Kauai years before and that is the spot she chose for our mini-reunion. If you've been to this place, you know it's like heaven. My son was only 4 when we went — and we all had a fantastic time, but I'd love to go back now that he's older and could more fully appreciate swimming in the ocean, paddle-boarding and hiking, plus the amazing food. That all sounds so lovely right now, doesn't it?
