Giveaway: Billy the Kid Book

Published on: February 14, 2014

Billy the Kid Book Giveaway

Billy the Kid is Not Crazy, but he does get in a lot of trouble. He's been grounded for 63% of the last month. Just when he regains his parents' trust, his mind wanders off and he causes another disaster.

Billy struggles with parental acceptance, making the best of things, and finding his true talents.

“My son is a reluctant reader, but Billy the Kid is Not Crazy is the first book he ever read with enthusiasm on his own. He laughed out loud a few times, and could really relate to the main character.” –Scott Sherman

BIlly the Kid author Stephanie Guerra teaches in the College of Education at Seattle University and is an experienced literacy educator. Ms. Guerra is offering five free writing workshops and readings from her young adult novel, Out of Aces (coming in 2015), to Seattle high schools through the support of Seattle Office of Arts & Culture. To request a visit to your child's school, please have a teacher or administrator email her at guerras@seattleu.edu.

This giveaway is for one copy of Billy the Kid is Not Crazy. The next title, Betting Blind is due out in spring 2015.
