Create a unique wall hanging or snack table backdrop by using black craft paper and flowers made from folded, neon-colored scrapbook or construction paper, like these lovelies featured on Kara's Party Ideas. Create these beautiful flowers by folding the neon-colored paper lengthwise in one-inch strips.

Using “accordion style” folds until the entire sheet is folded. Holding the folded paper together in a stack, fold in half at the center. Spread the folds apart, and use clear tape to connect the two middle edges to make a fan shape. Repeat with three other papers in the same color to make four parts of the flower. Tape the edges of each fan together to form a complete circle. Add a circle cut from a contrasting color of paper for the flower’s center. Make several flowers in different colors and attach them to a piece of black  paper to form a gorgeous wall hanging.
