There are a plethora of options for artistic kids!
KCLS is hosting a Puget Sound-themed poster contest with categories for children ages 5–12 and teens ages 13–18. For nature-focused kids, the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art offers youth art contests for various age categories. Kids ages 2–12 can earn serious cash prizes through the U.S. Kids Magazines cover contests.
If deadlines aren’t your kid’s thing, World Wide Kids Drawings and Teen Ink have ongoing contests for year-round fun.
This envelope-decorating contest from the Calligrapher’s Guild might be postponed until 2021, but that just means more time to perfect your entry! More contests worth waiting for: The National Young Arts Foundation and the Doodle for Google.
