St. Monica Catholic School
Educating the Leaders of Tomorrow
Welcome to St. Monica School, where we go further together. We're an ambitious and supportive Catholic Classical Liberal Arts Preschool-12 virtue-based community where we encourage students to challenge themselves, mentor others, and prepare to lead while keeping Christ at the center of everything we do.
Our school is an integral part of St. Monica Parish. Our students are members and beneficiaries of a strong, supportive community of parents, teachers, staff, and parishioners who share and reinforce common spiritual and intellectual values.

St. Monica Catholic School follows a Catholic Liberal Arts model, which teaches students how to learn by presenting the material based on their grades and particular interests in an engaging and relevant fashion. Instead of providing disconnected facts, figures, and phonics, classical education encourages curiosity and context, connecting ideas so children can become independent thinkers. For example, a lesson on Galileo would be applied to history, grammar, science, and even math seamlessly, allowing students a broad context to enhance their comprehension and knowledge base. Education in this deep and comprehensive sense extends beyond the classroom and is more than just the acquisition of skills.
Specialist programs
Art, music, and physical education are offered at every grade level. Spanish is taught in Kindergarten through Fourth Grade and offered as an elective in middle school. Our students learn Latin beginning in the Fifth through high school. Learning Latin builds a strong foundation for all modern languages, including English and Spanish.
