URJ Camp Kalsman
Camp Kalsman’s inclusive environment allows our campers to grow in positive, Jewish ways. Whether climbing the tower or learning the Havdalah prayers, all campers will pride themselves on their accomplishments at Camp Kalsman.
There are not too many places where your child can challenge themselves on a high ropes course, canoe on a lake, cook over a campfire, and sing with friends under the stars all in the same day! Located North of Seattle, Camp Kalsman has 300 beautiful acres filled with a wide variety of activities: arts, sports, team building, hiking, high ropes, guitar, and so much more! Your child can explore all aspects of camp and participate in fun programs; all of this while exploring their Jewish identity.
Camp Kalsman’s inclusive environment allows our campers to grow in positive, Jewish ways. We emphasize personal growth and positive self-image – it is important that our campers feel good about themselves and have fun! Staff members are college students, graduate students, and professionals in various fields and each year they share their unique passions with our campers. Our campers learn new skills and hone existing ones in athletic, aquatic, artistic, and nature programs. Over the summer, campers live, play, learn, and pray with other young Jews, creating lifelong friendships.
We know your child needs a place to be celebrated for who they are and a place that helps them grow. Camp Kalsman is that place for all young Jews in the Pacific Northwest. We can’t wait to welcome you home this summer!
