Mt. Si Fish & Game Club presents its annual Kids' Trout Derby. The event is held the first Saturday of May at the ponds located behind the Snoqualmie Ridge Police Department.
Open from daylight to 10 a.m. The derby is for children ages 5 to 14. No registration is necessary and no fee. Children under 5 may fish but not compete.
Fish can be weighed in starting at 6:30 a.m. Top anglers in various age groups receive prizes. Rules are available at the check-in station.
