Known as the pioneer of maternity photography, Jennifer Loomis is showcasing pieces from her new project The Sacred Mother.
The Sacred Mother project is a new series of photographs of pregnant women where Jennifer explores the strength of motherhood, the psyche of the female, and the mystery and fear that our gender has provoked since creation.
On display will also be never before seen pieces from the Landscapes series looking at her favorite subject in a fascinating and different way. Guests will also be able to enjoy Jennifer’s personal favorite family photos.
The opening will be Saturday, October 1st, 2016 5pm-8pm at Tougo Coffee, 1410 18th Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. The work will be on display for two months.
