Fall is here... It's time to get cozy and meditate! Come learn to meditate with your baby.
Beginners and all experience levels are welcome. We will have two sessions in a row. One for the babies, which includes music, hand movements, in a cozy and friendly environment. The second will be for the grownups which will include tips on how to clear the unnecessary thoughts that make us tired and stressed. We will have volunteers on hand to guide you through meditation and answer any questions along the way. After the class, you are always welcome to bring a sack lunch, or snacks to share
