Bumble bee numbers are declining. Let’s learn about them and how to help them survive! This will be an active, hands-on program where we’ll learn about the importance of bumble bees as pollinators. We’ll go out into the Lake Hills Ranger Station’s garden and plant some native flowering plants that bumble bees love for their nectar and pollen, and then we’ll learn how to make a bumble bee nest that can be installed in any garden.
