This healthy cooking class aims to perk up January's gray color palette. We're going to focus on eating our colors and why it's so important for our bodies. We'll create a colorful taco salad (ground turkey w/ a vegetarian option), brightly hued sweet potato fries, a fruit salad, and a jewel-toned smoothie. (Recipes contain no nuts or wheat, dairy is optional, meat is optional)
Space is limited to 7 students, ages 5-8. Please email me if your child is outside of this age-range and would like to attend. Payment is required at time of registration. Parents are not expected to stay for class, please enjoy this time for yourselves!
Cost: $43/student with a 10% sibling discount available. The discount will be given in the form of a 10% refund once you've registered. Price includes all food, nutrition activity/information, and a recipe packet. Registration closes at 5pm the day before class begins, but you may email/call/text me if your child would like to join. I often have enough ingredients to accommodate a few extra children at the last minute.
