The Asian Pacific Islander Coalition of South Puget Sound, in partnership with the City of Olympia and Asia Pacific Cultural Center, invites all to join in celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander heritage and cultures on May 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Olympia Center (222 Columbia Street NW).

11:40 am – Government Dignitaries – Recognizing Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month
12:00 pm – Tri Âm Hoà Điệu – Vietnamese Traditional Music
12:20 pm - Indian South Sound Association - Varaha Roopam Group Dance
1:00 pm – Olympia Chinese School Dance Groups – Chinese Folk Dance and Performance
1:30 pm – Indian Carnatic Music – Performance of Varaveena Mrudupani

1:50 pm – Chinese American Civic Association – Presentation about Chinese Railroad Workers
2:20 pm - Nikoly Simina – Chuukese Micronesian Performance

3:20 pm – Asian Pacific Islander Coalition of South Puget Sound – Closing Remarks and Drawing
The celebration will include performances, food vendors, arts, crafts, resource tables and free activities for the entire family.
