Spring cleaning extends beyond just your home, and we’d love to invite you over to Kirkland Urban for an opportunity to refresh your body and your mind.
On Saturday, April 23 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Kirkland Urban is hosting the Be Well event. Community members are invited to participate in this interactive wellness experience that incorporates the eight dimensions of wellness; emotional, mental, recreational, environmental, financial, social, physical and spiritual. The Be Well event will feature:
- Stretch Yoga with Adam Riehl at 10 a.m. and a soothing sound bath at 11:10 a.m.
- Workouts led by Power Hour 360 at 10:30 a.m. and 11:40 a.m.
- True Allure Beauty offering complimentary mini facials
- A Hydration Station sponsored by Aegis Living
- Local Kirkland businesses, including Top Golf, Plantiful, First Tech Credit Union, Merrill Gardens, Scoop Marketplace, Fairfax Behavioral Health, Evergreens, Canine Cancer Alliance and more
- DJ Doc spinning family friendly tunes
- Branded Kirkland Urban bags and swag from local businesses
- Special moments captured by Dakota Elizabeth Photography and Carlin Ma Videography
Kirkland Urban is an inclusive and accessible open-air shopping center. To support children and adults of all abilities, sensory-sensitive toolkits will be available onsite during all Kirkland Urban events. Toolkits include noise-canceling headphones, sensory/fidget toys, earplugs and an identifier sticker/badge and can be picked up upon arrival. This event is free and open to the public.
