Audrey Tulimiero Welch is an internationally exhibited painter who grew up in Livingston, New Jersey, and currently resides in Tacoma, Washington. She earned her BFA in 1980 from the University of Delaware and her MFA (Scholarship Award) in 2010 from the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. For the past 15 years Welch has lived and worked in Indonesia, Thailand, and Australia, which led her to focus on the subjects of line, mapping, and place. 

Welch’s paintings are included in numerous public and private collections around the world including Google; Ronald McDonald House in Perth, Australia; Hyatt Regency in Oman; and Four Seasons Hotel, MGM, and Saks Fifth Avenue. Her work has been exhibited in museums and galleries throughout the United States, Bangkok, Indonesia, Germany, Singapore and Australia. She was awarded a 2011 artist residency in Western Australia, and nominated for the 2010 Daedalus Foundation Fellowship in painting.
