Chef Al will be joining us for this special bread-baking bonanza! Al has been perfecting his bread technique for years and estimates working through 800 lbs of flour each year! Participants will learn the entire bread baking process from ingredients to different methods of making bread. You will leave with your very own loaf and be able to sample a variety of unique flavored breads.
