Nationally Recognized Financial Educators teach hands on, innovative and creative methods in financial education. They teach the importance of intention, philanthropy, creativity, teamwork and community.
This is a beginning Basics into Financial Literacy. We will expand more on the importance of money, our feelings around money, time v.s. money and more.
Students will be equipped with information that will last a lifetime. This is a highly engaging camp with field trips, earning paychecks, hands on activities where students make their own decisions regarding their paycheck, creating dream boards, paying taxes, meeting local business owners and learning that financial decisions go beyond a paycheck.
It is about building a deeper understanding of financial principles, implementing healthy financial habits and having FUN!
In the heart of downtown Edmonds, Growing Wealth From the Start uses active learning and engages students using games, activities, technology, field trips and discussion beyond the classroom. Students have fun by exploring, experimenting and developing new ways to view finances in their lives.
