The founders of Hello Robin and Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream will be celebrating National Ice Cream Sandwich Day- a holiday of particular importance to the two female business owners.
Robin Wehl Martin and Molly Moon Neitzel have shared a friendship for well over a decade, and the ice cream sandwich has come to be a symbol of the two’s long lasting relationship- fun, sweet, and an unbeatable pairing! Martin and Neitzel have undoubtedly created one of the region’s most beloved sweet treats. A big scoop of rich Molly Moon’s ice cream hugged by two freshly baked Hello Robin cookies.
These two powerhouses of Seattle sweets will take over the tiny Molly Moon’s walk-up scoop shop in Bellevue across from Inspiration Playground from 3-7pm on August 2nd, National Ice Cream Sandwich Day.
They’ll be scooping and slinging yummy ice cream sandwiches and for the first 100 customers who purchase an ice cream sandwich, they’ll receive a limited edition Molly Moon’s and Hello Robin pencil pouch.
