Cooking Workshop: ‘The Art of Sambar and Dosa’

Calendar/Event Details

DESCRIPTION

Savor the bountiful flavors of Oxbow's fall harvest as we prepare a delectable South Indian pumpkin and lentil stew known as Sambar. Participants will discover the art of crafting crispy rice and lentil crepes called Dosa to complement the Sambar. This interactive session includes vegetable prep and dosa demonstrations and concludes with a shared meal.

Kids of all age love Dosas! Children are welcome, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
