Jazzy Ash invites the whole family to come along on a Crescent City inspired, jazzy music adventure with her band the Leaping Lizards. The band's songs celebrate the magic of movement, with a lot of sugar and sass thrown in, New Orleans–style.
Jazzy Ash's latest album, Swing Set, celebrates a tradition handed down by African-American children, adults, and musicians from the mid-19th century to the early jazz era. Performing their “Jazz History is Our History” program, the artists encourage kids to celebrate the music and culture of New Orleans.
