Explore the trails at the Tacoma Nature Center with a naturalist to find out what lives here and learn more about these native plants and animals! Your family of up to six will have a 46-60 minute private guided nature walk and receive a special laminated field guide for future use.
All participants are required to answer health screening questions, have their temperature taken, and must wear a mask during the entire program. Come prepared with proper footwear and outerwear for the weather.
Reservations available:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2:00pm, 3:00pm or 4:00*pm
Some Saturdays at 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm or 2:00pm
*This time not available in winter months (November – February).
Minimum of one week notice required, 2 weeks preferred. Please have several choices available as there is limited availability.
Fee: $35 for up to 6* people – must be from the same family or friend-pod
TNC Member fee: $30 for up to 6* people – must be from the same family or friend-pod
*The maximum number of participants can be raised slightly in some cases IF all participants are from the same household. Please discuss your situation with the staff member you are booking with.
Combine this Experience with a Turtle Time Program for $60 total, $50 total for TNC Members. Fee required at the time of booking. Date transferable if any family member is ill during the scheduled program time.
