Fitness is for everyone!! This is open play time at our 6000SF facility (with huge indoor turf space), geared especially towards families with children under 3rd grade. All ages are welcome, however, and the gym is open for business during this time. We offer a short informal class (ultimate skills/drills, core work, mobility, etc.) at 3pm on these days which your family can join if you want!
