Join us at White Center's Steve Cox Memorial Park on Saturday, 10/28, 2-5 p.m. for the annual FREE outdoor Halloween Carnival. Brought to you by the White Center Teen Program, activities include arts, crafts, games, and treats/prizes!
Each October, the WCTP welcomes families to Steve Cox Memorial Park for our annual carnival. In addition to the Carnival, families and teens are invited to join, in person or on Zoom, the week prior to participate in a series of Spooky Town-related programs. WCTP volunteers gather in person and remotely during October to create the carnival games, giveaways, and park-wide decorations.
