Let's create some healthy after school snacks! In this hands-on demonstration class, learn about the components of well-balanced snacks and what ingredients to keep handy for when the afternoon hunger strikes!
Parents, with the help of their middle school student, will make and sample three healthy recipes: peppermint energy balls, nachos and the perfect smoothie.
Recipes are vegetarian and free of most major allergens.
Instructor Erika Speirs is board certified in holistic nutrition and is a certified Healthy Hands Cooking instructor.
