Hello! January is Human Trafficking Awareness month. Khurshida Begum, a trafficking survivor and advocate, is putting on two trainings.
Human trafficking is modern slavery, and it is happening right here in Thurston County. These trainings will teach you how human trafficking spreads, how to identify red flags and risk factors and what are appropriate responses, support systems and resources.
