Kids' Trek, the fantastic playground at Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, first opened for play in 2016. (Read about when it opened here!). After a long closure due to the pandemic, the playground reopens today, Sept. 25, 2020, with some safety modifications in place.
There are two ways to visit the playground during fall of 2020: Book tickets for Trek's Wild Walk experience — this will get you inside the park and visiting animals and the playground. Or, if you're looking for an extra-special insider's view of Trek's free-roaming area, book a Keeper Adventure Tour for your family. This private tour also includes the Wild Walk experience and access to Kids' Trek. You can also visit the free-roaming area in your own car, with the Wild Drive Tour, but this does not include access to Kids' Trek. Among a variety of protocols in place, note that face coverings are required for all visitors ages 5 and older.
