Calendar/Event Details

Across the globe, the making and sharing of bread is a long-standing tradition, and one that has brought many people comfort during this challenging year. But have you ever wondered what’s really going on in that bread dough? What exactly is yeast? Does the flour we use actually matter?

To explore and answer these questions, we’ll be diving into the fascinating life cycle of a loaf of bread from first mixing to final tasting. Come learn about, create, and sample some delicious loaves with IslandWood instructors and chefs in the IslandWood garden kitchen!
