Join us for our 2nd annual FREE Mount Baker Summer Festival on Sunday, June 23 in Hunter Boulevard Park from 10am-5pm! It will kick off with a bike parade and marching band at 10am and will also feature:
- Kids' activities including a bike parade (arrive by 9:30am to decorate your bike!), an inflatable slide, face painting, crafts and a scavenger hunt
- 40+ artisans ranging from ceramics and jewelry to garden/lawn art (see our website for details)
- Live music all day (see our website for details)
- Food vendors offering coffee, pastries, lunch, snack and an ice cream truck!
Kids' activities end at 2 pm and everything else ends at 5 pm. Please see schedule below.
CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE
9:30am: Decorate Bikes for the Bike Parade! Kids and adults gather at Trudy’s Triangle Park to decorate bikes. Decorations provided. (Park at 3705 S Ridgeway Pl, Seattle, WA 98144)
9:50am: Kids on bikes proceed to Hunter Blvd Park, 2 blocks. Parents and volunteers escort them.
10am: Bike Parade & Marching Band Kick Off Event. (On grass in Hunter Blvd Park) Parade ends at the South end of Hunter Blvd Park in the children’s activity area.
10am - 2pm: Face painting, giant inflatable slide, craft tables and a scavenger hunt. (The hunt is all day)
