Wednesday, August 13: Ben Hunter & The Intraterrestrials will share folk music — past, present, and future — from the Black diaspora. Melding sounds, rhythms, and instruments from a global perspective, the Intraterrestrials bring groove, storytelling, and fusion into one sound!
Wednesday, August 20: Jose Gonzales Trio features beloved Seattle Japanese Garden horticulturist and jazz pianist Jose Gonzales. Jose’s trio highlights creative, bluesy variations on jazz favorites, including a few from their annual performance of Vince Guaraldi’s “A Charlie Brown Christmas.”
