Join Newcastle Arts Council for a pop up art event at Newcastle City Hall on May 19 th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm in the parking lot. We will have art supplies available to make items to leave in the Free Little Art Gallery and the rock garden at Newcastle City Hall. Come join the fun and share your creativity with the community.
