Parenting Workshop: Sensory Processing Issues or Behavior?

Calendar/Event Details

FREE parenting workshop!

If you’re familiar with the term “sensory overload,” you have an idea what sensory processing issues are. These issues happen because the brain has trouble organizing information from the senses.

Children with sensory processing issues may be over-sensitive or under-sensitive to the world around them, which can interfere with their day-to-day activities, social development, and learning in the classroom. Gaining understanding about sensory processing issues, local resources, and possible treatments is a good first step in getting help for your child.
