Perinatal Barre

This class will incorporate a variety of postpartum-friendly poses, postural adjustments, and gentle movements using weights, bands, barre, and mats. We'll discuss breathwork, the core, and pelvic health so we can take the postures in class and apply them at home to aid in healing and recovery as well as increase strength and endurance. It's designed to support bodies that are growing babies as well as ease those back into moving and a fitness routine post-baby gently and safely. The class will be tailored to meet the level of the participants. Please consult with a medical provider before participating. Kids welcome to come with you to class!
