As many of you have seen, Amelia our cow, has a beautiful prosthetic that was made possible by a TV show called “The Wizard of Paws”. They filmed a show about her and our sanctuary for four days last fall. The show will be airing at the end of April and the production crew said the episode is truly amazing and they love how the show came out. The show features Diane’s new book “Amelia the Brave” which Diane completed during the production of the show.
We thought it would be truly wonderful to have a special premier to celebrate Amelia being a TV star and also have a book signing by Diane on April 28th and 29th . The event will begin at 6:00pm with visits with Amelia and a book signing with Diane, then watching the show featuring Amelia at 7:00pm in our arena with her goat friends walking around…that will be fun for the kids.
We ask you bring your own chairs and drinks. We’ll provide the popcorn!
A donation of $20 per person or $50 per family would be greatly appreciated as every dollar we receive goes directly to the care and feeding of all our animals here at the Sanctuary.
