This class will provide you with the education you need to feel confident navigating movement during pregnancy in YOUR body.

We will:

  • Discuss core and pelvic floor anatomy/changes during pregnancy
  • Debunk some common, confusing and often misleading, information on Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Organ Prolapse
  • Breakdown exercise/movement adaptations by trimester
  • Practice these concepts together
  • Have time for Q&A/troubleshooting specific areas of concern for individuals who are interested
