PNW Parent Education is hosting a FREE screening of the documentary “Screenagers The Next Chapter: Uncovering Skills for Stress Resilience” followed by a moderated Q&A with Ali Tabb, LCSW, CSAYC. The event is on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 6:30 pm. This film examines the science behind teen’s emotional challenges, the interplay of social media, and most importantly, what can be done in our schools and homes to help them build crucial skills to navigate stress, anxiety, and depression in our digital age.
