Spice Waala’s sixth anniversary is on April 26, and we invite Seattleites to celebrate with us!
To commemorate six years of serving authentic Indian cuisine to an ever-supportive local community, the Spice Waala family has a special series of tasty treats planned for a month, available at all locations; Capitol Hill, Ballard and now Columbia City. Guests can also enjoy a FREE Mango Lassi on April 26, which also happens to be National Mango Lassi Day!
Starting on April 24, Spice Waala will be rolling out their must-taste lineup of Signature Kathi Rolls every Wednesday evening for four weeks straight. Each Kathi Roll is carefully crafted, bringing together the delicious flavors Calcutta and New Delhi. Here’s a sneak peek at the celebratory menu offerings:
April 24th – Meet the Chicken Shami Kebab Kathi Roll, featuring expertly spiced ground chicken and lentils, layered with mint chutney and pickled onions.
May 1st – Dive into the mouthwatering Fish Tikka Kathi Roll, spicy fried catfish served with cilantro chutney and onions.
May 8th – Try the Mughlai Lamb Kebab Kathi Roll, made with fragrant spiced ground lamb with mint chutney and pickled onions.
May 15 – Indulge in the Malai Chicken Tikka Kathi Roll, creamy chicken with creamier chutney and pickled onions.
