Josh Grunig, owner and head baker, and his family invite the families, friends, locals and visitors of the Pinehurst neighborhood to enjoy fresh baked croissants, cookies, bread, breakfast sandwiches and more at our Grand Opening Celebration!
We are opening a retail bakery space in the Pinehurst neighborhood of Seattle. Customers familiar with us from our Central District pop-up, or our location in South Lake Union, from farmers markets and local coffee shops will now be able to buy fresh baked pastries, bread, bagels (weekends only), sandwiches, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, coffee and seasonal specialties at our walk-up window seven days a week. To celebrate our grand opening we are hosting a family friendly block party on Saturday, August 26th. Visitors will be able to sample our fresh baked goodies and meet our neighbors at the Atrium Square shopping plaza. We’ll have a bounce house, live music and great food.
