Join artist Fumiko Kimura to learn Sumi, the East Asian painting and writing developed together in ancient China using the same materials – brush and ink on paper. Supplies will be provided.
One art work piece from each student will be mounted for an art exhibit of students' work at the Swasey branch in August. Students will be able to take their mounted art work home after the exhibit ends.
