Summer Picnic in Volunteer Park is set to be a fun, family event. The non-profit Volunteer Park Trust is presenting this popular event for the sixth year in a row. This Picnic features live concert music by Lydia Ramsey, six fantastic food trucks, a “Dandelion Garden” a community art project led by artist Naomi Kasumi, face painting and lawn games, along with free ice cream and flavored waters while they last. The fun starts at 6PM Thursday, July 13 in Seattle’s Volunteer Park.
