Kick-off the summer at Carnation Farms with our opening celebration on Saturday, June 17. Carnation Farms honors its legacy as a place for the community to connect and celebrate. The historic Hippodrome and adjacent great lawn will serve as the backdrop for a day filled with music, games, and laughter.
Guests are invited to enjoy trail hikes, play leisure lawn games, take historical tours, have family picnics and more. The Makers Mercantile will introduce guests to a carefully curated selection of goods and supplies from a variety of regional studios and workshops. Our workshop series will offer a deeper look at a wide range of skills. Farmers, artists, food and drink purveyors, and more, will connect and share their expertise, their craft and their creative process. Guests will have a chance to roll up their sleeves and learn new skills and techniques.
Food available for purchase, but guests can pack a picnic lunch to enjoy on the Great Lawn.
