Take A Break-Try Teen Yoga

Middle and high school ages.
Feeling stressed or anxious? Come spend a relaxing hour learning some poses and discover how yoga can relax your body and mind. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch. If you have a yoga mat, bring it along. We’ll also have a few mats for you to borrow.
Please register. Walk-ins also okay if space allows.
