The U District Street Fair returns for its 53rd year during the weekend of May 18-19, 2024 kicking-off Seattle’s summer event season with a 10 block-long arts and crafts fair that takes over University Way (a.k.a. “The Ave”). The two-day event will also feature free live music and performances, and over 40 food trucks and booths. This Seattle tradition regularly attracts over 50,000 visitors and now is accessible by link light rail which will transport visitors to the middle of the event at NE 43rd Street.

KIDS ZONE HOSTED BY UNIVERSITY FAMILY YMCA
The U District Street Fair has fun for all ages! Head to kids zone (located in the U Dupbop restaurant parking lot – 4124 University Way NE) to enjoy a family-friendly experience featuring outdoor games, coloring, and so much more! Hosted by the University Family YMCA, the Kids Zone is a few steps off the main promenade between NE 42nd Street and NE 41st Street.
