VIRTUAL: Bright Talks - Navigating the transition back to high school after a not-so-normal year

Calendar/Event Details

On Wednesday, August 25th at 8pm PDT, join us for a 30-minute Bright Talk to help your teenager prepare for in-person learning this fall. This event is designed to support parents & caregivers of high schoolers as they navigate this difficult transition. From back-to-school social anxiety, to concerns about body image or falling behind in class, we're here to help.

This Bright Talk will be a unique opportunity to have your most pressing questions answered by two of Brightline’s pediatric behavioral health experts, Honora Einhorn and Charlene Montgomery.

Honora Einhorn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and behavioral therapist at Brightline. She is passionate about providing science-based mental health interventions and prevention strategies for children and adolescents while operating under the principles of social justice.

Charlene Montgomery is a behavioral health coach at Brightline. She has helped children and families build healthy, strong relationships for 20 years. Charlene has also worked with speech therapists, psychologists, and occupational therapists in a classroom setting.

You can easily join Bright Talks by computer or phone. Please note that while all attendees will have their audio and video turned off, this will be an interactive experience. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and respond to polls, while remaining completely anonymous. If you’re a Brightline member, your coach will see that you’ve attended the event, but they won’t see any of your questions or poll responses.
