Calendar/Event Details

Mon, August 26, 2024
Wed, August 28, 2024

How can you help your angry child? Do these phrases help?

 “Sit on this step!”

“Go to your room!”

“Calm down!”

If not, this 20-minute talk with coaching afterward will.

What is Anger Mountain? What insight does it give to understanding the roller coaster of big emotions, especially during times of stress?

What helps children de-escalate their big emotions? What helps adults?

This will be a 20-minute presentation with Q&A/group coaching after the talk. For some this will be an introduction to coaching.

This is a LIVE program; it is not prerecorded. This will be two-way communication - you can ask questions. It won't be a one-way communication. You won't just be reading or listening.

We will meet on Zoom. This is a convenient way to meet. There is no commute, and you may not need a babysitter.

The Zoom camera can be off. No need to dress up.

To register for this FREE talk, please select a time. After you register you will receive a confirmation email. Sometimes this email goes to the junk mail folder.
