Learn the basics of quilling techniques while creating a beautiful and elegant snowflake to keep or give as a gift.
You will receive a kit with all the necessary supplies to make at least one elegant snowflake.
Kits are limited. Pickup will take place at the second floor reference desk at the Burien Library only during operating hours starting November 20-December 2.
