Seattle Tempest - About Us

What is ultimate frisbee?

Ultimate is a fast-paced non-contact sport, played 7v7 on a football-sized field. Ultimate incorporates the big plays of football, the field movement of soccer, and the pace of basketball to create a fan-friendly sport.

Ultimate Frisbee is one of the fastest growing sports in North America, and Seattle competes at the highest professional level.

The Tempest competes within the Western Ultimate League (WUL) against 7 other cities around the nation.
