Baby Steps: Baby-Wearing Dance

Join postpartum specialists Taylor and Elizabeth for a joyful, supportive & inclusive parent and baby class. We’ll warm up, stretch our bodies and strut our stuff to great music, all while bonding with our little ones! A great opportunity to connect with other parents in your area! Bring your own carrier or use ours. Babywearing support will be offered to ensure you and your baby are set up for a safe and happy time! For parents of babies ages 6 weeks through 2 years (please note- for everyone’s safety we ask for babies to remain in carriers while participating in class.) No dance experience needed, all fitness levels welcome. We can’t wait to dance with you!
