Judging by the comments on one of our Facebook giveaways recently, there are lots of kids out there waiting for the release of Kung Fu Panda 2 on May 26. If you're feeling especially impatient, get in on a little Po love a few days early:
- On Saturday, May 21, the Woodland Park Zoo hosts a photo op with the panda (free with zoo admission) that includes crafts and activities. Bring your camera!
- Also on Saturday: Seattle International Film Festival screens Kung Fu Panda 2 (yes, the actual movie) at AMC Pacific Place 11 as part of its Films4Families series. Showtime is 11 a.m., tix are 6 bucks, and I imagine there's going to be a line. Buy your tickets online and then get there early so there's no Kung Fu fighting for seats.
