This fun kitchen science experiment, which requires only milk, food coloring and dish soap, is magical. Put a few drops of food coloring into a dish of full-fat milk and then touch the food coloring with a cotton swab dipped in dish soap. The fat molecules in the milk race around trying to attach to the soap molecules, making it look like fireworks are exploding in the dish! Steve Spangler Science offers a great tutorial and explanation.
