Two Cranes Aikido

Training together we find our courage, build confidence and find new friends.

Two Cranes Aikido is a program of Two Cranes Institute a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2010. Aikido offers fun and dynamic training for students 4-18 and adults. Our experienced black belt teaching staff is passionate about working with young students. We offer a safe and inspiring learning environment to develop calm minds, alert bodies and enlivened spirits.

We emphasize learning how to work with a partner in paired practices, cooperatively problem solve and build relationships. Aikido combines a physical practice--rolling, knee-walking, striking, moving off the center line of attack--with the inner practice of grounding and focusing one's attention.
