Gather up your family and friends to step back in time together and try your hands at life in the early 1900’s. Put down your tablets and smartphones, and come to Duvall for a day of old-timey hands-on fun at the Duvall Heritage Festival on Saturday, September 26th from 11 am to 4 pm at the Historic Dougherty Farmstead at 15426 NE Cherry Valley Road. The event is free for all ages and presented by The Duvall Historical Society and the Duvall Cultural Commission.
You can kick up your heels and dance to live music, sit back and listen to local folklore, and meet characters from Duvall’s history! Churn butter, peel apples, and wash clothes the old-fashioned way. Learn about logging, sit on antique tractors, and watch miniature mules plow a field. The farmhouse, bunkhouse, and milk house will all be open for tours.
Complimentary parking is available at Holy Innocents Catholic Church next door. A drop-off area is located on site for those who need it.
